Day 1 / Motion Graphic Inspiration

I have always been inspired by the work that Team Lab produces, it’s incredible to see how they transform a space and create an immersive experience for those within it. I thought it was important to look into how professionals like Team Lab curate their exhibitions using a similar space to the Data Arena, as the 360 degree, 4 metre high screen is something I’ve never designed for before. Therefore, there are so much more things to consider and so much more possibilities that can be explored to really make the most of this unique space.

“Kusho,” or “Spatial Calligraphy”—magical three-dimensional calligraphy made of water from female calligrapher Sisyu —floats above the Inland Sea.
